    The Committee on Banking and Insurance moves to amend the bill on page 1, line 24, after the words “accident and” by striking out the word “sickness” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “health”;

    And

    On page 2, line 5, after the words “dentist” by striking out the words “, an occupational therapist, a physical therapist”;

    And

    On page 2, line 5, by striking the words “a speech therapist,” and inserting in lieu thereof “speech language pathologists,”.
